Today I hiked Chapman’s Peak, a mountain about 10 miles South of Cape Town. The strenuous, rocky hike took about 3 hours, but it was beautiful in every direction throughout the entire climb and the peak was worth the sweat it took to see a gorgeous, panoramic view of Cape Town and Hout Bay.
Gorgeous!
Spectacular view!
More spectacular shots here!
Beautiful, I plan on going to Cape Town next year! Did you run into many other hikers?
We actually didn’t run into too many! It’s one of the lesser known hiking spots (not as popular as Lions Head, Table Mountain, etc.) so you get the trail mostly to yourself.
That’s awesome, I’ll take note of this then.
